Viewers have speculated what happened based on their experience with curbside pickup, suggesting that the customer may have accidentally ordered the item at a different Walmart location.
“We had a customer waiting to order, but they told us they weren’t in our system (wrong store),” wrote one user.
“Are you really at the right Walmart when you ask them three times?” Angrily, you look at their phone. .
Other viewers suggested that customers may have expected to wait longer for employees to come out of the store with their orders.
“I always have to wait 30 minutes for my order so I have to check in,” one commenter wrote.
