Election of Audit & Supervisory Board Members
Current corporate law requirements require listed companies to rotate their corporate auditors after ten years of tenure. As this deadline has been reached, the Company has submitted its audits to a number of audit firms as part of the process of selecting new auditors.
With the bidding process completed, shortlisted PKF Littlejohn was selected as the new auditor, deemed to be the most suitable firm with the skill base and expertise to serve in the future.
A contract has been signed appointing the company as auditor and we look forward to working with them.
