An Amazon driver named A’Niya (@aniyamitch) posted a video of her getting caught in a hailstorm.
The video has over 2.7 million views on the platform as of Saturday. In the video, Anya is seen screaming and unhappy at the prospect of braving a hailstorm to deliver her package.
In the clip, Anya cries. Look at me, I’m wet! As she tries to deliver her package before heading back inside the van, she pans the camera to the windshield. On the windshield, what looks like rain and hail and sleet is raging outside.
The comments section is filled with empathetic comments and viewers acknowledging the challenges delivery drivers face.

One commenter wrote, “Thank you for your service,” while another commented, “Alexa, thank you driver.”
TikToker cheered A’Niya on in the comments and thanked her for being a driver. However, some people joke about making sure their packages are delivered on time.
“Just a little water. I paid for overnight shipping,” urged one user.
“Put on your goggles,” joked another. “For better or worse I need my package that you signed up for.”
One comment with 44,000 likes reads, “No, don’t give up, bring your bags first.”
The DailyDot reached out to A’Niya in the comments section and emailed Amazon with the details.
