If you buy the paper at the store on Sundays (rather than have the subscription delivered to your home), check the inside of the paper before purchasing to make sure the coupon is there.
Sometimes there is no coupon on the paper in the store or in the paper box. Newspapers can run out of coupon inserts and not all coupons are on the paper that goes to the store, as the courier usually gets the coupons first.
