Are Cyber Monday deals the same as Black Friday?
Technically, Cyber Monday is a savings event for online retailers, while Black Friday was originally more of an in-store event. However, over the years the two events have increasingly merged together to create a whole Cyber Weekend sales event.
Most retailers who run site-wide discounts will run the same deal throughout the weekend, with the same savings available on both Black Friday and Cyber Monday and during the weekend in between. However, if there are individual deals, there may be different products on offer.
Is Cyber Monday as good as Black Friday or are the deals better?
Cyber Monday is generally as good as Black Friday when it comes to online sales. However, some online only retailers may run even better deals on Cyber Monday than on Black Friday—especially considering it’s consumers’ last chance to bag a great deal.
Some retailers will also run a different ‘deal of the day’ throughout the weekend. Often when this is the case, Cyber Monday will see a really amazing ‘deal of the day’—and sometimes even more than one!
Staple makeup favorite Glossier is offering up to 30% across the whole site with their Black Friday and Cyber Monday makeup deals. There is already 20% off everything on the site, but if your order reaches over $100 then your basket will get a huge 30% off.
