Consumers looking for takeaway food coupons hit DoorDash the most, and Papa John’s is the most searched restaurant for discounts.
These are from a CommonCentsMom.com study that analyzed average monthly Google searches for coupons for food delivery services in the US over the past year.
Other top search sites are Uber Eats and Pizza Hut, according to a press release announcing the findings.
The study revealed that DoorDash leads among food delivery services with an average of 591,000 searches per month. Papa John’s averages 441,000 hits per month.
Discount hunters are also busy scouting for bargains on Subway, which receives 200,000 coupon and promo code-related searches each month. Grubhub averages 108,000 monthly searches while Chuck E. Cheese has 99,000 monthly searches.
Three more honorable mentions in the top 10 most searched for food delivery coupons on Google, including Burger King (76,000 average monthly searches), Little Caesars (68,000) and Domino’s (66,000).
