The purpose of this initiative is to help customers through the Community Development Council (CDC) voucher scheme by offering an additional $6 in FairPrice return vouchers from January 3 to January 15, 2023. It was to offer a lot of savings.
This initiative has proven to be very popular considering the additional value that the community derives from CDC vouchers paid to households.
FairPrice supermarkets across the island were extremely busy last weekend in preparation for the Chinese New Year. Despite our best efforts, at his FairPrice supermarket in Bedok, unfortunately he ran out of actual coupons for his FairPrice return voucher for $6. It promptly posted a customer notice and notified customers of the store to that effect.
The terms of this initiative state that return vouchers will be available as long as they are in stock, which is consistent with all promotions we run, but we acknowledge Ms Kok’s concerns.
