He recently posted a TikTok revealing that he got 18 healthy and affordable meals in just one Walmart shopping trip.
In fact, each Zach says each meal will be under $2.25.
One of the recipes he was able to make was chicken scampi, a popular Olive Garden dish.
Olive Garden charges about $20 for this dish, depending on the state and location.

However, Zach made his version for just over $2 and half the calories.
The nutritionist also explained how easy it is to plan multiple meals using one protein source.
“Buying one protein source in bulk and using it for all 18 meals can significantly reduce your total grocery cost,” Zak said on TikTok.
He chose chicken because it’s pretty versatile and usually cheap.

On another TikTok, Zach shared how Olive Garden’s meals can be cheaper and healthier.
The list of ingredients is quite large, but Zack said this meal can feed up to six people.
Or, for meal prep, you can store it in the freezer to save for a later date.
First, add the chicken strips to a mixing bowl and toss with half a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt.
Once the chicken is mixed and coated, add another 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Next, set the chicken aside and add the sliced bell pepper and sliced onion to a pan with about 2 cups of water.
Cook the pasta while it is on the stove.
Once both the pasta, peppers, and onions are cooked, set them aside and add the minced garlic to the pan with a tablespoon of butter.
Then add the chicken broth and fresh cream.
When it starts bubbling, add your favorite cheese, boiled pasta, peppers, onions, and chicken.
