A money-saving expert has revealed where Walmart hides the best clearance items.

Sean, who goes by the username @superunsexy, shares deals and shows consumers how to shop “like a boss.”
Thrifty TikToker has revealed that big box stores like Walmart and Target have hidden places for discounted items that aren’t advertised with billboards or bright tags.
In the video’s caption, he shared that Walmart shoppers can often find “secret clearance deals on the top shelf.”
“This Walmart secret will help you save money,” he said in a video featuring him in a store aisle.
Sean points to hard-to-reach shelves that appear to be overflowing with goods to the untrained eye, and “everybody” searches the “top shelf” of the store for “deals.” I acknowledged that I was saying
Employees are hiding deals, he says, but he explained that not everyone might be a “crocs seven-foot man” like him.
Sean suggested that serious shoppers use the “Walmart Scanner.”
Scanners, he says, help shoppers save money and can be used with cell phone cameras.
A contactless price scanner available through the Walmart app allows you to scan the price of every item in your store without having to remove the item from the shelf.
This app is available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Regardless of the prices shown on the items in the store, you’ll find that they’re actually priced even lower, as Sean demonstrated by scanning the boxed items in the video.
I scanned the Chefman Power Max Vintage Stand Mixer and found it listed as $20 in his app.
The Chefman branded mixer is priced at $89.34 on Walmart’s website.
He used Mixer as just an example to show his followers the kinds of deals they could earn using his recycling shopping methods, but some negotiators saw real opportunities.
