Department store retailer JC Penney has announced it has begun liquidation sales at 136 locations slated to close as part of the company’s bankruptcy proceedings.
A liquidation sale is in progress and continues with discounts starting between 25% and 40% off the original price. All items are priced at a massive 40% discount on all fine jewelry and window treatments.
