Kung Fu Tea Turnersville opened at the Cross Keys Commons Shopping Center in Washington Township (across from Walmart).
They are America’s largest bubble tea brand with over 350 locations across the United States. Locally, there are two on Rowan Boulevard in Glassboro, two on Cherry Hill and one in Cinnaminson.
As one of the original US bubble tea brands launched in 2010, Kung Fu Tea has significant experience creating products of uncompromising high standards and innovative flavors.
And their menu seems extensive!
All of their teas are brewed in store using the highest quality teas. Juice is also freshly squeezed in the store!
Colorful macaroons also appear in various flavors!

The new store in Turnersville is located on the left side of Dollar Tree, one store away from the recently opened Norman’s Hallmark.
The Kung Fu Tea store has been franchised, with a new store in local Turnersville and a store in Cinnaminson owned and operated by two brothers.
I met one of my brothers in Turnersville yesterday to give him an overview of a new bubble tea place…and I tried the delicious Sunshine Pineapple Tea!

See here for more information on location and menu.
42Freeway first broke the news that Kung Fu Tea was coming to Washington Township last August.
The article also announced that Crumbl Cookies will be coming to the same shopping center. They are actively under construction and the exterior signage is up.
No Man’s Hallmark also opened a new store in the same center!

Kung Fu Tea – Turnersville
The new store in Turnersville is bright and colorful with attractive wall décor, signage and an open counter/preparation area.
The new location also has seating indoors, including padded bench seating along the walls.
The Kung Fu Tea menu is extensive, with 9 categories of beverages and a ‘What’s New’ categorization for quick review of new and innovative beverages on offer.

The website’s “Bestsellers” page highlights a variety of the most popular drinks and styles, including Milk Tea, Punch, Milk Cap, Classic Tea, Slush, Milk Strike, and seasonal specials.
Each category features innovative flavors such as Winter Melon Milk Tea, Mango Green Tea, Cocoa Cream Wow, Longan Jujube Tea, and Oreo Slush.
If you’re reading some categories and recipes, you’re probably seeing something that other bubble tea outlets don’t offer.
Two names that jumped at me:
- Milk cap tea is characterized by a thick layer of slightly salty milk cap!
- Milk Strike is a signature kung fu tea flavor paired with freshly made wow bubbles and lactose-free milk.

I tried the Sunshine Pineapple Tea from the Punch series.
Unable to decide between a sweeter fruit drink experience and a caffeine-based product, I chose it. It’s a drink.
Kung Fu Tea also offers a rewards program. Check it out online, ask a question in the store, or download the app to your phone.
Kung Fu Tea – Macarons
The Turnersville store also has macarons in stock.
Not listed on the website, but featured on Kung Fu Tea’s Facebook page.
Small cream-filled dessert cakes come in a variety of flavors, including vanilla, birthday cake, pistachio, and coconut.

A colorful and delicious treat that goes great with your bubble tea drink. It’s also great as a special treat to bring home for the kids.
