As part of the Board’s fiduciary responsibility to fully evaluate this case, the Board has commissioned King & Spalding LLP to conduct a thorough and independent investigation of the allegations. The King & Spalding effort was led by John Horn, a former federal attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, who has more than 25 years of experience in government and internal investigations.
Our investigation revealed the following:

A former employee created multiple separate Twitter accounts and used them to post critical comments related to specific members of the Pulte family*.

The former employee acted alone. There was no evidence that other Company employees were involved in, or had knowledge of, his actions.

There was no evidence that the former employee used artificial intelligence or other automated technology, such as bot networks, to post on Twitter.
