Rochester, Minnesota (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester man, who police say were in possession of hundreds of fentanyl pills at the time of his arrest at Walmart, was formally charged in Olmsted County Court earlier this week.

A spokesman for the Rochester Police Department said officers were dispatched to a Walmart in northwest Rochester on Monday night and received a call that a man barred from the store had broken into the premises. Responding officers found the man in the self-checkout area and learned he had a valid arrest warrant in Olmsted County.
A search related to the arrest of 30-year-old Dylan Olson found a buggy containing 239 fentanyl-positive tablets, according to the criminal complaint. has been convicted of the felony of
Olson was charged Wednesday with a third-degree felony drug possession charge. A judge in the case set his bail at $10,000. His next court appearance he has scheduled for the end of January.
