Long rumored, the RBD Tour 2023 was officially confirmed just hours ago. Fans have been looking for a way to access the presale ever since.
However, there seems to be a lot of confusion about the process as many people don’t know which presale code to use or how to proceed.
As before, Live Nation, Ticketmaster and Citibank are involved in this process.
Beginning with Live Nation/Ticketmaster, it repeats a method already seen in other artists’ concerts. When accessing from the website, it is “SOUND”, but if it does not work, you can also try “CHEER”.
On the other hand, when accessing from Live Nation’s mobile app, the code to use is “COVERT”. On the other hand, Citibank’s presale code is “412800”.
However, there is an important difference compared to before and that is the exclusivity of using the Citibank card.
Access to this presale is restricted to Citi Cardmembers only. If you do not have a Citi credit or debit card, even if you receive an access code, you will not be able to complete the purchase process.

To register for the presale, you must enter your Ticketmaster credentials. You will then receive a confirmation email with your presale code and other details.
Registration closes at 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, January 22nd. The presale code you receive by email can only be used if you have completed checkout with your Citibank card.
Once you’ve received your code and your Citibank card is ready, you can participate in the presale starting January 26th (12:00 PM to 11:59 PM ET).
Pre-sale for Citibank members will begin on January 25th at 12:00 PM EST. Meanwhile, direct ticket sales will begin on January 27 at 12:00 PM (EST).
